Mutation / Intaqal / Land Transfer in Punjab Pakistn Process Step by Step - زمین کا انتقال کروانے کا طریقہ کار
To transfer any land (agricultural, Residential, Commercial) from one person to another is called mutation.
Steps to process Mutations.
1. Both Seller and buyer should have original CNICs/ Passports . For Minors Form B issued by NADRA office.
2. Go to Nearest Arazi Record Center or Dehi Markaz Maal or Patwari of your Moza/ Village in tehsil.
3. Give your CNICs to relevant officer/ official / Patwari. also guide them how many land is being sold.
4. He/She will give you challan to pay fees in banks. after making an entry of land being transferred.
5. After paying fee , go to Tehsildar / ADLR / Revenue Officer for recording your statements.
6. After Completing statements of Mutation/ Intaqal , Revenue Officer will provide an attested copy of your Mutation for your record.
