Fard for Loan / قرضہ کی فرد ملکیت کا طریقہ کار

 Fard For Loan  

Requirements

1. Original CNIC

2. Person / Owner of Land himself

3. information of land on which loan is being availed

Process at Arazi Record Center:-

1. visit the relevant Arazi Record Center (ARC) on the appointment day and time.

2. Go to Token Counter , Take Token for Fard, and wait for your turn

3. When your token is called, goto relevant counter and provide Your original CNIC and information of Land on which Loan is being availed.

4. Take Challan from Cashier Counter, Pay the challan to Bank Counter in ARC / or through electronically i.e Jazz Cash , easy paisa etc.

5. Show to receipt of paid challan to Cashier Counter , and Take the Print of Farad for Loan. 

Process at Patwar Khana / Dehi Markaz Maal:-

1. Goto patwar khana or dehi markaz maal of your Moza , where the land is situated.

2. Show your original CNIC to Patwari .

3. He will Give Print of your ownership (Farad).
