If you purchase land form any person

NBP   =    3%

BOP   =    1%  (in favor of zila council )

NBP   =    2%  (FBR 236-K, for buyer, for each mutation)
NBP   =    2%  (FBR 236-C, for seller if he/she sales within 4 years)

Fee would be 1000

If land is being gift to any legal Heir 

or if Mutation / intaqal is enterred in the favour of any Bank for loan

or if Inheritance Mutation is enterred of diceased person.
