How to know/determine/Find IP Address of a computer

Click on the Start > control panel > Network and Internet Connection > Network Connection . Here a window opens , Here Right click on the network connection

and go to properties ,Choose Support and congrats
you have got you PC IP Address .

for Windows 2000, XP:
Go to Start > Run (or simply press windowkey + r)
Write cmd in textbox of Run
At the command prompt enter  ipconfig.
